Refund Policy

Customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns

For hygiene and food safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened consumable products.

Returns may be accepted only if:

  • the product is unopened
  • unused
  • in its original packaging
  • requested within 14 days of delivery

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives:

Lost Shipments

If tracking confirms delivery to the shipping address provided, ElevateBlends is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery.

If a shipment is lost in transit before delivery, please contact us and we will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and determine an appropriate resolution.

Subscription Refunds

Subscription renewals are processed automatically.

Refunds cannot be issued for subscription orders that have already been processed and shipped.

To avoid future charges, subscriptions must be cancelled before the next billing date.

Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds for:

  • change of mind
  • personal taste preferences
  • expected results not achieved
  • ordering the wrong product

Promotional Items

Products purchased during promotional events, clearance sales, or with discount codes may be considered final sale unless required otherwise by applicable law.

Processing Time

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Please allow 5 to 10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund after it has been approved.
