Elevate was created from a simple idea: your daily rituals should make you feel better, not worse.

Hey there! Its Sherihan, the founder of Elevate. My journey into wellness didn’t start from a trend — it started from rebuilding myself.

After going through a phase where I felt disconnected from my body, low on energy, and constantly overwhelmed, I became deeply intentional about what I consume and how it affects my mind and health. Through that process, I transformed my lifestyle .. not through extremes, but through consistency, discipline, and better daily habits.

While living in Asia, including time in Korea, I was exposed to a completely different approach to wellness,  one that focuses on balance, longevity, and using natural ingredients to support the body rather than overstimulate it.

That’s where I first discovered functional mushrooms.

When combined with matcha, everything changed. The energy became calm and steady. The focus became clear. No jitters, no crash — just a more grounded, supported way to move through the day.

But when I came back to the UAE, I couldn’t find anything like it.

So I created it.
