How Subscriptions Work

When you purchase a subscription, you authorize ElevateBlends to automatically charge your selected payment method at the recurring interval you choose during checkout.

Subscription orders are processed and shipped automatically according to your selected delivery schedule until you cancel.

Subscriber pricing, discounts, or promotional offers apply only while your subscription remains active.


Automatic Billing

By enrolling in a subscription, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method.

Your payment method will be charged before each scheduled shipment.

If payment cannot be processed, we may attempt to process the payment again. If payment continues to fail, your subscription may be paused or cancelled until a valid payment method is provided.


Subscription Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the next renewal date.

You will continue receiving recurring shipments according to your selected delivery frequency.


Managing Your Subscription

You may manage your subscription at any time by:

  • Using the subscription management portal
  • Contacting our customer support team

Subject to any promotional commitment, you may:

  • Update your shipping address

Cancellation Policy

Promotional offers cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.


Refunds

Subscription orders that have already been processed or shipped are not eligible for cancellation.
